After spending 25 years as a Heights resident and 35 years as a Round Top weekender, Katherine and her husband, Keith, made the leap to become full-time Round Top residents — a decision that deepened their roots and strengthened their connection to the community. Today, Katherine proudly represents clients with Round Top Real Estate, serving Fayette, Washington, Austin, and Colorado counties, while continuing to represent buyers and sellers in the Houston market she knows so well.
Her passion for Round Top runs deep — from its world-renowned antique and design shows to its eclectic shops, dining, and small-town charm. As an active member of the Round Top Do Your Duty Organization and the Round Top Area Historical Society, Katherine is fully immersed in the community and its heritage. She and Keith are also renovating their century-old farmhouse in Round Top, giving her firsthand appreciation for the history, character, and craftsmanship that make the area so special.
Before launching her real estate career, Katherine supported top executives in the banking, energy, and commercial real estate industries. Those roles sharpened her business acumen, organizational mastery, and negotiation skills — qualities her clients rely on today. Katherine has also earned multiple professional designations, including Certified Negotiation Expert, Seller’s Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and Social Media Pro.
When she isn’t helping clients make bold moves, you’ll find Katherine and Keith embracing their next chapter at their 100-year-old Round Top farmhouse, alongside their beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
