Our Legacy in the Making: A Story Rooted in Round Top.

Round Top Real Estate was founded in 1988 by Charlotte and Grover Hillbolt, who had owned a Round Top farm since 1962. What began as a small-town venture grew into a trusted name in Texas country real estate. Today, their legacy is carried forward by three deeply rooted and highly experienced leaders: Frank Hillbolt, who joined in 2002; Lisa Mayer, with the company since 1996; and Lilla Blackburn-Sivek, who brought her Houston real estate expertise to Round Top in 2008.

Our 20+ full-time Realtors live and work in the communities they serve, offering specialized knowledge and decades of experience in all aspects of country property—from land development and agricultural exemptions to 1031 exchanges. We proudly serve Fayette, Austin, Colorado, Washington, and Lee Counties.
