Frank Hillbolt

A native Houstonian, Frank has deep roots in Round Top where since 1962, weekends and summers on the family farm shaped his lifelong connection to the land. He launched his real estate career in 2002 by joining his parents in the family business, and in 2017, he became co-owner of Round Top Real Estate alongside partners Lisa Mayer and Lilla Sivek.

Frank specializes in farm, ranch and country investment properties, bringing a hands-on, client-focused approach to every transaction. His extensive knowledge of the area’s land and history, coupled with his dedication and integrity, make him a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers alike. Frank is active in the community, having served seven terms as a Round Top Alderman and as President of the Chamber of Commerce. A man of many passions, he’s also a member of local classic rock favorite Black Cat Choir and an avid pond fisherman at his own “Fish Camp.”
