Denise Jacobs

A native Texan, Denise spent her early years in Dallas, moving to Houston in 1986. As a Round Top weekender since the early 1990s, she made Round Top her full-time residence in 2002. After graduating from the University of Texas with a BS in Radio-TV-Film, Denise found her way into the field of advertising. She has decades of marketing and advertising experience working for three national art and architecture magazines in advertising sales and sales staff management. Having received her real estate license in 2003, Denise worked in real estate development in Round Top and the Texas Hill Country before making the move to Round Top Real Estate. 

Exploring a different path in 2012, Denise lived her dream by opening an art gallery in Round Top. After closing the gallery in 2015, Denise became the Marketing Director for Round Top Real Estate. Now her full-time focus is using her skills working with buyers and sellers. With excellent communications skills, she quickly establishes a rapport with clients and works diligently to ensure that they have the utmost care. Her organizational abilities, follow-through and negotiation skills assure that her clients are represented with professionalism from the beginning to the end of every real estate transaction. Witnessing the evolution and growth of the Round Top area gives her the expertise to guide her clients into the future. 

Denise is a member of The National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and South Central Board of Realtors. She spends her spare time with family and friends, enjoying the simple pleasures of living in the country.
