A devoted Round Top weekender since the early 1990s, she made the charming town her full-time home in 2002. With a deep understanding of the area’s character and growth, she offers clients valuable insight and trusted guidance. Her strong communication skills have helped her build lasting relationships grounded in trust and transparency.
A native Texan, Denise began her journey in Dallas with stops in Austin and NYC before relocating to Houston in 1986. After earning a BS in Radio-TV-Film from the University of Texas, Denise launched a successful career in advertising. With decades of experience in marketing, advertising sales and staff management, including national roles in advertising sales and team leadership for three prestigious art and architecture magazines, she transitioned into real estate finding her place with Round Top Real Estate.
In 2012, Denise pursued a personal dream and opened her own art gallery in Round Top, further strengthening her ties to the creative and business communities. After closing her gallery, she rejoined RTRE where she continues to thrive in her role. Known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail and commitment to client care, Denise delivers a seamless real estate experience from start to finish. In addition to her own clientele, she works closely with RTRE co-owner Frank Hillbolt, supporting his clients with the same level of dedication and professionalism.
