In July 2017, long-time real estate professionals and colleagues, Frank Hillbolt, Lisa Mayer and Lilla Blackburn-Sivek, purchased ROUND TOP REAL ESTATE from founding co-owners Grover and Charlotte Hillbolt.
Since taking the "reins of ownership" of ROUND TOP REAL ESTATE, they are proud of the partnership they have formed, humbled by the legacy of hard work and client satisfaction created by Grover and Charlotte while looking forward to infusing that proud past with a fresh, bold spirit.
