Every year, the design world pauses to see what Pantone declares as the Color of the Year. This year’s pick, called Cloud Dancer, is a soft, barely-there neutral meant to evoke calm, simplicity, and quiet elegance.

And while we appreciate a peaceful palette…we’ll be honest.

Here in Round Top and across Fayette County, we’re seeing something very different unfold. Homes aren’t whispering. They’re telling stories. And color…think thoughtful, layered, intentional color…is very much having a moment.

Not a trendy one. A timeless one.
