Ruth Ann Streiff

2024 marks Ruth Ann's 22^nd year in the real estate industry. A consistent top-producer, Ruth Ann is a seventh-generation Texan and fourth-generation Houstonian and began her real estate career at John Daugherty, Realtors and Greenwood King Properties in Houston. She has strong family ties to the Round Top area, and with her husband, Stephen, decided Round Top would be the perfect place to raise their daughters. With well over a decade of experience in the high-paced Houston real estate market, she brought to Round Top Real Estate strategic negotiating skills and a drive to assist her clients in finding the perfect property. Ruth Ann's husband Steve also works in the real estate industry as a title insurance underwriting attorney.

Ruth Ann attended Duchesne Academy in Houston and remains an active alumnae board member. She received her B.A. in English from The University of the South (Sewanee) in Tennessee, graduating with Distinction. She is currently a member of the Round Top Chamber of Commerce, The Round Top DYD Club, The Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, and the Texas Women's League. She is actively involved in her church and her daughters' school.

Ruth Ann is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Realtor Land Institute (RLI), and the South Central Board of Realtors, where she has served as a Director. She is a consistent company Top-Producer and holds the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certification, the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designation, the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), among others, and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). In 2020 she was the #1 Company Top Producer and in 2023 had the most Buyer Sales company-wide.
