‍ Lisa began her real estate career in 1986 as a Sales Associate, earned her Broker License in 1988, and joined Round Top Real Estate in 1996. In 2017, she realized a dream when she and partners Lilla Blackburn Sivek and Frank Hillbolt purchased the brokerage. The team later expanded to include her children, Adam and Claire Mayer Zapalac, creating a family-driven approach that reflects Lisa’s strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to clients. A consistent Top Producer, she has been recognized as Realtor of the Year, served in leadership roles with the South Central Board of Realtors, and earned repeated “Best Real Estate Agent” honors from Fayette County Record readers.
