Lila Garlin has been blessed with the gift of enjoying the best of two very different worlds and lifestyles. She was born and grew up in Houston and her family is from the Round Top area. She enjoyed weekends, holidays and summers in the country. She now spends most of her time in Round Top at her country home on property that was part of her Grandparent’s farm and believes you will love and enjoy Round Top and the country as much as she always has.

Lila’s family were all born and lived in the north Fayette county area and although she was born and grew up in Houston, her almost weekly trips to the country were a very big part of her life. Her husband is from the La Bahia community and they are fortunate to be able to identify their properties as having been in their families for more than 100 years and have remained in agriculture production. They are pleased that their son and his family also enjoy the country way of life.
