Jan Carroll

Jan Carroll, a companywide top producer, has been helping people buy and sell country property since 2010.  A lifelong equestrian and lover of all things rural-she never tires of looking at beautiful Texas land.  Jan and her husband have owned numerous farm and ranch properties in Washington, Austin and Fayette counties.  She is well versed in the intricacies of all rural real estate markets from large ranch sales, commercial investment properties to the buying and selling of small historical homes in town.

 After many years of living in Houston and spending all of her free time out in the country-Jan and her family now make Brenham their permanent home.  She lives on a farm just outside of Brenham with her husband, 14-year-old daughter, 2 spoiled Labradors, and numerous horses.  Her son is a graduate of LSU and lives and works in Houston. 

Jan attended Texas A&M University and has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Houston.  Her background as a psychotherapist and staff/leadership development consultant makes her uniquely suited to handle the ups and downs of buying and selling real estate.  She is a good listener, loves people and is always focused on the importance of relationships when it comes to real estate.

Jan and her husband have restored and lived in several historic Texas farmhouses.  Her clients really appreciate her experience, advice, and knowledge in this area.
