Connie Burch

Connie brings an extensive background in customer service to her real estate career. Focusing on the client’s goals and creating a plan to achieve those goals has led to her success. She is an active listener who always puts the needs of each client first. Her professionalism and attention to detail is evident in everything she does.  Connie specializes in farm & ranch and residential helping both buyers and sellers.

Her personal experience with many moves growing up helps her understand the stress of buying and selling. Connie’s last move was from Katy to Chappell Hill where she is experiencing the joys of remodeling.  Connie and her husband completely restored a home in Brenham which was a great learning experience.

As a resident of Chappell Hill, Connie has embraced the country lifestyle.  She is an active member of the Chappell Hill Historical Society, sits on the board of the Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce, and is involved in local politics.  This has given her the opportunity to build strong relationships with the Chappell Hill and Washington County communities.  Understanding the community she serves, plays a critical role in finding the right area for her clients.

Connie and her husband, Todd, have been married for 35 years.  They have one son who is a Houston Police officer and a graduate of Texas A&M.  When time allows, Connie enjoys antiquing, gardening, and traveling.
