Claire Mayer Zapalac grew up in the Round Top–Carmine area of Fayette County, where she developed a deep appreciation for country living and tight-knit community values. After earning both her BBA in Accounting and MS in Finance from Texas A&M University in 2015, she began her career in public accounting in Houston and achieved her CPA license—an experience that strengthened her attention to detail and professionalism.

‍ In 2018, Claire returned to her roots and moved back to the country, where she met her husband. Inspired by her mother and mentor, longtime Realtor Lisa Mayer, Claire joined Round Top Real Estate in 2021 as an assistant before earning her real estate license the following year. Her background in finance and her lifelong connection to the area make her uniquely equipped to guide clients through every step of buying or selling property.
